The latest instalment of our series of wine dinners with the fantastically knowlegable Laura from Yorkshire Wine School.  This time, Ollie and our kitchen team have been given license to craft dishes from all over the Iberian peninsula which Laura will then pair with Spanish and Portuguese wines.
